Mr. S.M. Dube, who has managed to guide the business from the small scale to where it is today, undertaking large projects in the private and government departments. The business employs 21 staff members, with 3 staff members engaged in management positions along with 4 site managers who work between sites and the office.

There is also a foreman, tradesmen and artisans. Tawonga Contractors also has its own safety officer who ensures that everyone on site is safety compliant and got proper PPE. All workers are employed on a permanent basis and registered for UIF.
